My Go-To Iron Sports Bra
So, I share this info often with good derby friends, and I just placed a new order yesterday, and realized that there are many of you out there that I don’t know personally, that could use some help effectively containing the girls… (and they don’t discriminate - there’s help there for you smaller ladies looking for a good sports bra, too!)
Title Nine Sports and the Moving Comfort line of sports bras are saving my life right now when my trainers make me run. More importantly, they are also saving some of my double-letter cup sized derby friends a LOT of pain and the occasional wardrobe malfunction on the track.
Before you tell me there’s nothing on the planet strong enough to handle your girls, spend 20 minutes looking through the site.
Check out the tips by their real woman testers, the Bravangelists. While browsing through the bras, look at the top of the item for a number of barbells - this lets you know how intense an activity the bra stands up to. Read the description for recommended sports uses, and the approximate amount of protection it offers you by cup size. The comment sections from consumers are also priceless.
These bras are not inexpensive, but there are often sales. However, I am here to tell you that adding even one good, real sports bra (instead of those off the rack, stretchy lycra cotton numbers you can get at any clothing store) will change your life. Grab a few if you want to be blissfully pain-free during your practices, cross-training and bouts! You’re welcome!
