Proving that London Rollergirls don’t have a monopoly on awesome, the Atlanta Rollergirls have filmed their interpretation of Ylvis’ The Fox. If you thought Wild Cherri was just a pretty face, great jammer, and a killer blocker, well, you were wrong. Look for these multi-talented skaters on the track in Salem this weekend.
Vakaarm Studios has shot a beautiful slow-mo video of the Brussels Derby Pixies with a very cool soundtrack.
Apparently, slow-mo is a new trend in derby videos. See: this gorgeous promo video shot by the Boston Derby Dames, another league that will be making an appearance in Salem this weekend. Let’s just hope that the trend towards slow motion stays in the videos and not on the track!
Sharon DeVido, aka Mini Driver, spent a day with the Philly Rollergirls learning to play derby. Even her wheelchair didn’t slow down this speedster! With cameos from great PRG skaters, including Antidote.
This Sarah & the Meanies music video has roller derby and a kitten-all the makings of a viral hit.
I don’t entirely understand what’s going on here, Toronto Roller Derby, but I kinda like it.
