While we tried as hard as we could to be truly inclusive of all the thousands of nominees, we were so overwhelmed by the many, many submissions that we had to narrow each category to 10 selections, often from 50-250 photos. It pained us to eliminate so many worthy photos, and you can look forward to seeing those that didn't make the cut in future Photo Of The Day selections on our front page.
